Debt Problems
There are times in all of our lives when money, or the lack of it, becomes a problem. This often results in a lot of stress and worry for the people involved. One thing that I find sad is that people who may find themselves unable to pay their bills are frequently penalised by financial penalties!
This simply escalates the problem beyond the ability of people to sort themselves out!.
There are some people (which often involves families) who have problems with debt and who are at a point where they need professional help.
It may be that they simply don’t understand what to do or they need qualified people need to be involved. It doesn’t really matter which it is. When people have reached a stage when they cannot help themselves then they need help from other people!
The worst thing that anyone can do is to ignore the problems
There are groups who will help. They may refer you to specialists or they may feel that they can help you themselves.
The Citizens Advice Bureau are invaluable giving immediate advice and help.
The National Debtline group also give advice and will advise you on your legal position and what your rights are etc.
Do not ignore problems, they only get worse. Deal with them.
You may be embarrassed but lots of people have problems.
Having a problem does not make you a failure!
